I'm Heather, your go-to friend for website optimizations that appease search engines and humans. I am fluent in talking with both living and breathing people and robots.

My love for marketing ignited in the 90s, even before I fully understood its magic. My bedroom walls were a collage of Got Milk? ads I eagerly tore out of magazines, bought solely for those captivating advertisements. I sang along to radio jingles as if they were chart-topping hits (many still live rent-free in my brain). And I exclusively wore shirts with logos across the chest, thrilled to be a walking billboard for my favorite brands.

Fast forward a few decades, and while I didn't become the next Uncle Jesse or Joey from Full House, crafting my own marketing jingles, my passion for the industry has only grown.

Today, I help small businesses connect authentically with their audiences through transparent and effective marketing strategies. I primarily focus on experience optimization, content marketing, and web presence audits, to help with your organic strategy and ensure your website appears when it needs to.

When I'm not working behind my computer in Vermont, you can find me hiking, tackling home renovation projects, or composing songs for my dogs. The current chart-toppers in the Barrett household are "Tilley Jean" (to the tune of Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean") and "Macho Murph" (inspired by the Village People's "Macho Man").
